Sweet Briar Cottage, Lerryn, Fowey, Cornwall

A pretty family cottage, adjoining agricultural and National Trust land in the beautiful and unspoilt village of Lerryn, close to the centre of Cornwall.

The village is surrounded by extensive woodland and riverside walks, and is situated at the top of a tidal estuary off the River Fowey.

The cottage is only about a hundred yards from the water's edge and is about five miles from the nearest unspoilt beaches on the south coast and twenty two miles from the spectacular surfing beaches on the north coast.

Because the village is on a tidal estuary, it is perfect for boating, canoeing, and sailing or simply "mucking about on the water", and therefore idyllic for adults and children alike.

The cottage has the following accommodation :

and one small single bedroom/boxroom.

There is a large garden that is mainly lawned.

And there is parking space for several cars/boats etc.

Picturesque Fowey is about four miles away by boat, or a little further by road and the Boddinick car ferry.
